Montreal Museums Day -“Fill your day with culture!”

Sunday, May 26, from 9 AM to 6 PM

The Museum of Saint Joseph’s Oratory is participating in the 27th annual Montreal Museums Day on Sunday, May 26, 2013.

In all, 34 museums in the city will offer a free open house, from 9 AM to 6 PM. They will be opening their permanent and temporary exhibits as well as a variety of educational and cultural activities.

The STM will be providing six free shuttle bus routes for visitors. To get to the Oratory Museum hop on route number 5 / violet

Blessing of Motorcycles

Sunday, May 26, 2013, from 9 AM to 1 PM, in the parking lot

Motorcycle fans and members of l’Alliance Motocycliste Métropolitaine are invited to take part in the annual blessing at Saint Joseph’s Oratory on Sunday, May 26, 2013.

Beginning at 9 AM, priests will be praying for a blessing on the individual cyclist and their machine at 11 PM.

Hosting and toy collection are organized by AMM.

Crypt Church temporarily closed

Tuesday May 28, 2013

The Crypt Church will be closed from 2 PM to 7 PM.

The 4:30 PM and 7:30 PM masses will be celebrated in the Basilica.
