THE HIGHEST VANTAGE POINT IN MONTRÉAL

The final phase of our work includes the development of the museum and access to the dome, the highest vantage point overlooking Montréal. This phase of the project has several objectives. These include making the site more attractive, developing its tourism and commercial poten-tial, positioning the dome among the top domes to visit in the world, and promoting and enhancing religious archi-tecture and art while respecting the site, our mission and our values. The path to the dome will be a pilgrimage, with specific experiences in each area along the way. The jour-ney will be physical, cultural and spiritual at the same time.

From an architectural standpoint, the final plans are 75% complete, and the scenography has been finalized. Work is set to begin in 2026-2027, despite the financial challenges posed by the rising costs for materials and labour. You can help us complete this major undertaking!

A STEP IN YOUR NAME

Do you have your step yet? If so, congratulations! It’s reserved for you. If you would like to have one, there is still time. As we have refined our plans, steps have been added to those proposed in 2019. This step will be “yours”! You can have your own name, your family’s name or your company’s name inscribed on it. The step can even be dedicated to the memory of a departed loved one.

NEW NOMARIUM PROGRAM

We invite you to inscribe the name of a loved one in our sanctuary’s living memory as a lasting gesture of love and remembrance. You can now dedicate a tree or bench in their honour. Each tree and bench will bear a nameplate as a testimony to eternal love and a deep connection with this place of peace and contemplation.
