PILGRIMAGE TO THE ORATORY
Embarking on a pilgrimage is to set out for a sacred place with the hope of experiencing inner change, healing, an opening to others and to God. At Saint Joseph’s Oratory of Mount Royal, pilgrims pray, perform acts of devotion, celebrate the Eucharist, and leave with a renewed spirit. Located on a mountain, the shrine founded by Saint Brother André welcomes pilgrims of all religious traditions and individuals in search of the absolute. Some make pilgrimages to the Oratory every week; others faithfully return each year: alone, with family, or in groups. People of all ages and backgrounds are welcome.
